1.Q: Are you factory or trading company? A: We are a factory(manufacturer) in Hebei Province; we have trading office in Cangzhou,Hebei. 2. Q: Where is your factory and trading office located? How can I visit there? A: Our factory is located in CANGZOU CITY, Hebei Province, China, about 1 hours from Beijing south station to CANGZHOU WEST station by high-speed train. 3. Q: What is the main product of your company? A: We mainly produce: artificial blowing glass vase, candlestick, glass containers and outdoor decorative lamps etc. 4. Q: How can I get some samples, what is the leading time? A: We are honored to offer you samples to test and check quality. Customers should pay for the shipping freight. The samples’ leading time will be 7-10 days. 5. Q：What is your payment term? A:30% TT deposit (better within 7 days) ,70% against copy of B/L or L/C at sight. 6.Q: What’s the customized MOQ? A. According to the customers’ demand, usually our normal MOQ is 300-500pcs. But for the trial cooperation between us, low quantity could be accepted. Everything is negotiable. 7.Q: How long is the mass production lead time? A. Normally, the delivery time is about 30-40days after receiving deposit of T/T at sight.
